The Gyrotonic® Expansion System, founded by Juliu Horvath, is a three dimensional exercise system that increases the functional capacity of the entire human organism in a harmonious way. Based on principals of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Dance, and Swimming, Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® Training increases circulation, allows for more mobility of the joints, stimulates and strengthens the nervous system, releases rigidity in the spine, and creates clearer perception of the senses, a more balanced flow of energy and better
coordination.

Ms. Holte instructs Gyrokinesis®, Gyrotonic® Private, Duet and Group classes   by appointment.

Ms Holte also offers Pre-Training Courses for those who wish to deepen their
understanding of the Gyrotonic Expansion System® and also for those interested in   becoming instructors.
